My Columbus Challenge Exhibit Opens to Large Crowd

One of my friends walked up to me at the reception Saturday night and reported having to wait for the elevator from the lobby to take a group up and return before she could get up to see the My Columbus Exhibit. She wasn’t complaining, just excitedly reporting the obvious-we had a great crowd. If you missed the opening and want to see the exhibit, contact me at gray_kenny@columbusstate. edu or 706 641 7144 and I will arrange a tour. Congratulations to all the photographers whose work was exhibited, especially Bridget Kelley, our grand prize winner, who shot the winning photo on assignment in one of our CSU Continuing Education Digital Photography Classes, The Art of Photography: Exploring Light, taught by Donald Tipton. Special thanks to Wes and Neely Ker-Fox and Bill Becker from Naartjie Multimedia, Peter Bowden from Convention and Visitors Bureau and Bill Adams, who helping hang the exhibit. Great job everyone!
