On Friday, September 12, our juror John Greenman, Carter Chair and Professor in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Georgia, chose the award winning photographs from the 49 included in the Columbus Photographers 2014 exhibit. No identifying tags had been attached, and in a blind process, John made the following awards:
First Place: Gabe Gray, Summertime Fun
Second Place: Amanda Lewis, Stories of Atlanta No. 8
Third Place: Lee Brantley, Yellow Circle/Boxcar
Congratulations to these photographers! The exhibit is open Mon-Thurs. 4-8pm, Sat. 9:00am-12:00pm. Closes September 26.
